Public auction of confiscated goods on December 13

Air Freight Unit of Model Customs Collectorate here is arranging public auction of confiscated goods on December 13, 2011 at the sheds situated in Allama Iqbal International Airport. According to a spokesman of AFU, the goods confiscated will be put on auction on 'what and where as it is' basis.
However, interested parties can inspect the goods on December 12, 2011 at 10:30 am at Customs Imports Sheds. Additional Collector of Customs, Dr Asif Mahmood Jah said that it wants to clear the sheds as some of the goods are there for the last 40 years. He said that one lot of these good was also auctioned last month, fetching Rs 1.5 million and this time they will endeavour to sell maximum number of goods.
