Pakistan Agricultural Scientists (PAS) Forum is organising a one-day seminar on 'impact of declaring India as MFN state on agricultural and livestock sector of Pakistan.' The seminar will be held on Saturday (December 10, 2011) at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) which will be addressed by known economist, agronomists and people related to livestock and agricultural sectors, said PAS Forum President Hafiz Muhammad Wasi in a statement issued here Thursday.
Hafiz Wasi alleged that graph of national economy was declining due to worst ever inflation and our rulers had declared India as MFN state to send a positive signal at international level. He said his forum has arranged a sitting to debate on negative impact on agricultural and livestock sectors due to declaring India as Most Favoured Nation (MFN) by Pakistan. He said UVAS Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Nawaz will chair the session, while it will be addressed by Jamshed Iqbal Cheema, Ibrahim Mughal, Saleem Safdar Gondal and Mushtaq Warriach.
