Politicians belonging to 'N' and 'Q' leagues from Sheikupura have joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday. Brigadier Rahat Amanullah Bhatti (Retd) and Mian Waheed visited PTI office here along-with their colleagues and announced joining of the party.
On the occasion, PTI Lahore President, Mahmoodur Rasheed said exit of corrupt rulers is now certain, both the PPP and N-league will make an agreement to safeguard their interests, but it will be all in vain. He also said the economic policy of the present government is damaging the country; gas load-shedding is forcing closure of industries and thus increasing unemployment. "This will prove a cause behind the downfall of the present government," he said. He warned that both PPP and PML-N should be ready to face a 'trial'; the nation will take accountability of corrupt rulers and no one will be given a safe passage.
