Sindh Home Department has issued a notification on Friday that ban has been extended on plying of heavy vehicles carrying water and construction materials/ dumpers only on the roads of Karachi city during peak hours, ie, in morning from 6.30am to 9.00am, in evening from 6.00pm to 8.00pm for further sixty days under section 144 with effect from November 18, 2011.
