The Basic Training Programme under the auspices of Bank of Khyber (BoK) for newly selected management trainee officers (MTOs) of 4th batch at National Institute of Banking Finance (NIBAF) began here on Tuesday. The BoK Managing Director, Bilal Mustafa was chief guest at the opening ceremony of the training programme.
While speaking on the occasion, he said that the bank is committed to invest in the Human Resources Development by providing them good training in respective fields, which will enable them to cater the present day financial sector requirements. Bilal Mustafa said that training is very important in present banking systems in order to up date the staff both at the field and the Head Office.
BoK is extending its Branches network across the country to cater the financial requirement of trading & business community by providing them good services, which is always possible with good-trained officers. BoK MD said that newly inducted MTOs should proud on their merit base induction in BoK and first training at NIBAF will further improve their capabilities in professional manner.
The inaugural ceremony was also attended by Ameer Aziz, Managing Director NIBAF, Sardar Shah Director Academics NIBAF, M. Ayub Hamid Group Head HRD BOK, Danish Shaheryar Divisional Head Training, Muhammad Arif Director NIBAF, Syed Ali Nawaz Gilani Head Marketing BOK apart from senior faculty members of NIBAF and BOK training division.
Earlier Ameer Aziz, Managing Director NIBAF welcomed the BoK MD Bilal Mustafa and participants of 4th MTOs batch members. He briefly introduced NIBAF as premium training institute of the country and a subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan, which is fully catering the training requirement of SBP and financial sector of Pakistan since 1997. NIBAF being a apex institute for Human Resource Development in the field of Banking & Finance performing these functions at the best. He also welcomed the newly inducted batch.
