As a result of inconclusive talks with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) over the revision of route navigation and airport charges from January 1, 2012 that ostensibly forced chairman, Airline Operators Committee (AOC) Khurshid A. Khan to resign from his post, the committee is now contemplating asking international regulators to intervene into the matter.
According to electronic conversation between AOC members, which was exclusively available to Business Recorder, the committee is presently seeking response from its members to send letters to International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) for intervention.
