Speaker National Assembly Dr Fehmida Mirza, has accepted the resignations submitted by Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Javed Hashmi and other members of the National Assembly and a notification to this effect was issued on Wednesday.
According to the notifications resignation of Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, NA-148 (Multan) was accepted from 15.11.2011, Nawabzada Muhammad Khan Hoti, NA-9 (Mardan) from 16.12.2011, Jahangir Khan Tareen, NA-195 (Rahimyar Khan) from 21.12.2011, Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, NA-149 (Multan) and Maimoona Hashmi, Reserved Seats (Punjab) from 29.12.2011 and Sardar Asif Ahmad Ali, NA-140 (Kasur) from 29.12.2011.-PR
