Information Secretary Pakistan Peoples Party, Qamar Zaman Kaira on Wednesday said that the government would complete its tenure adding that elections would be held according to the schedule in March 2013. Talking to a private news channel he said the government was facing many challenges and the demand of general elections form other political parties is not solution of the problems.
To a question, Kaira said that Local Bodies elections in provinces was need of hour not thhe demand of general election To another question, he said Shaheed Benazir Bhutto had brought all the political parties on one agenda through reconciliation. Benazir Bhutto always talked about political tolerance to strengthen the institutions and democracy in the country, he added.
