The ambassador of Argentine to Pakistan Rodolfo J. Martin Saravia on Thursday said that his country's hockey team is likely to visit Pakistan in March this year. Talking to newsmen, he expressed confidence over the security arrangements in Pakistan and said, "I move freely in Pakistan and see no security threat here.
My discussion with Pakistani officials (which he didn't disclose) regarding visit of Argentinean hockey team were fruitful. The ambassador further stated that Pakistani people are very talented and we are ready to provide training and coaching facilities to Pakistani players in football.
Rodolfo said that Pakistan football body organised Pakistan Premier Soccer League Championship successfully last year adding that the federation has performed excellent job for the promotion of football. He also said media should motivate people and bring them to the fields of sports.
