Punjab Governor, Sardar Muhammed Latif Khosa Saturday said government has decided to hold elections in a transparent manner. Addressing a ceremony held at a private college here, he said that it is the government led by Pakistan People's Party, which restored the constitution in the wake of 18th constitutional amendment.
