Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Director General awarded scholarships to 180 PCAA employees' children and issued promotion orders of 99 lower staff members. According to a press release, 180 children of Civil Aviation Authority's employees have been getting educational grant after obtaining 80 percent or above marks in matriculation or 1st year examination in 2001 from any of the education boards of Pakistan.
Hence, Rs 2.3 million has been released under the head of said scholarship. Some 99 lower staff members have also been promoted from PG1 to PG2 and from PG2 to PG3 which belong to peon, janitorial services and night watchmen trades. It is worthwhile to mention here that Director General Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority has promoted 550 staff members just before a month.
The promotion order of 99 staff members have already been issued to all the airports and location for implementation of the same by the Chief of Human Resource PCAA. On the said fruitful acts a wave of happiness is being felt among the Civil Aviation Authority's employees and it is unanimously decided that they would work further harder for the betterment and prosperity of the organisation and the country.-PR
