While accepting the demands of All Pakistan CNG Association (APCNGA) the Prime Minister has directed Ministry of Petroleum to implement the gas supply agreement of January 3, 2012 for CNG sector and reduce Gas Development Infrastructure Surcharge (GDIS) on the sector.
A delegation of All Pakistan CNG Association (APCNGA) led by Ghiyas Abdullah Paracha Chairman APCNGA and Syed Fayaz Gilani met Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani here on Wednesday. Prime Minister was given a detailed briefing on CNG gas loadshedding, gas pricing and imposition of Gas Development Infrastructures Surcharge and other issues.
The delegation briefed the PM about Natural Gas Vehicles (NGV) checking campaign, plan to get rid of CNG crises and recommendation for introduction of Hydrogen CNG (HCNG). Paracha while talking to Business Recorder said that Prime Minister Gilani accepted all the APCNGA recommendations and proposals and issued immediate orders and directives on some of the matters. He said that the Primer ordered to implement January 3.
