Chairman and Deputy Chairman Senate on Wednesday condemned murder of Mukarram Khan Atif, a journalist from a private TV-channel, who was killed by unknown assailants in Shabqadar, Charsadda. Chairman Farooq H. Naek and Deputy Chairman Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali in their condolence message offered heartfelt condolence to the family of the deceased.
They prayed to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant fortitude to the members of the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss. Leader of the House in Senate, Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari and Leader of the Opposition, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri have also condemned killing of Mukarram Khan Atif and condoled with the bereaved family.
