Pak Army has done yet another great service to the nation by empowering the youth of downtrodden areas of interior Sindh. Inception of Pano Aqil Institute for Technical Education and enrolment of Sindhi recruits in Army would go a long way in National development.
These remarks were given by Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, at Pano Aqil where he was chief guest at passing out parade of Sindhi recruits joining the Regiment of Artillery, an ISPR press release issued here on Thursday said. Corps Commander Lieutenant General Muhammad Zahir-Ul-Islam along with senior military and civil officers were also present at the occasion. Local dignitaries, parents of recruits and large number school children also witnessed the parade.
Chief Minister in his address congratulated the young soldiers on successful completion of their training and lauded Pakistan Army's efforts in emancipating the Sindhi youth. More than two hundred local residents of interior Sindh became part of Pakistan Army through this special recruitment. This induction is over and above the regular annual vacancies.
