A man died and another sustained injuries in a firing incident took place in the Chattar area of Dera Murad Jamali, Levis officials said on Wednesday. "Clash between two armed groups turned violent and members of rival groups started firing at each other. Resultantly, one person died on the spot and another suffered critical injuries."
The local administration reached the site and started efforts to calm down the matter. The injured was moved to hospital for medical aid. Further investigation was underway.
