After passing of more than 6 days neither resignation of Younis Muhammad Bashir as Senior Vice-President of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) has been accepted by the managing committee of the chamber nor it was withdrawn.
About 6 days ago Younis Bashir submitted his resignation as Senior Vice-President of the chamber to the leadership of the Businessmen Group (BMG) on his differences with some of the members of the group. It is learnt that Younis Bashir has refused to withdraw his resignation.
Younis Bashir claimed that he has no differences with the leaders of businessmen group Siraj Kassim Teli and Zubair Motiwala or with the President KCCI Mian Abrar Ahmed and Vice-President Zia Ahmed. Some of the senior members of the group said that Siraj Kassim Teli has expressed his disappointment over the resignation of Younis Bashir. Teli was of the opinion if Younis Bashir had any differences with any member of the group that should be settled within the group.
