Actress Maya Ali faces backlash over her Imran Khan post

Maya Ali, who is one of the highest paid and most famous face of Pakistani television, recently posted a heartfelt note for the founder and leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf  Imran Khan. But little did the actress know that she will receive ruthless backlash on social media.

Keeping politics aside, legendary first class cricketer and philanthropist Imran has achieved a number of milestones in his life and one of those accomplishments is his works on building Paksitan’s biggest charitable cancer  hospital ‘Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre’. Maya recently attended a charitable event organized for the hospital alongside Mahira Khan and Imran.

Following this event, Maya wrote a note appreciating Imran’s hard work and compassion for working to save lives of cancer patients. However, this note unexpectedly received more hate than love.
