Punjab University Teaching Department (PUTD) won the PU Inter-Collegiate Table Tennis 2012. PUTD's Table Tennis team defeated Punjab University College of Engineering and Emerging Technologies (CEET) in the final, which was played at the gymnasium of PU New Campus.
PU Director Sports Professor Dr Zafar Rasheed, Additional Director Sports Attiya Mumtaz and Mudassar Azam from CEET distributed prizes among the winning team, runners up and the team secured third place. Professor Dr Zafar Rasheed and Attiya Mumtaz also congratulated Fahad Riaz from CEET for showing good results on his first appearance in Inter-collegiate event.
