Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has asked all the departments to make necessary arrangements and also be ready to cope with the dengue virus in coming season. Director General PDMA, Khalid Sherdil said here on Friday that according to Meteorological Department, there would be normal rainfall in February, but in March, there would be 15 to 20 percent more rainfall is expected.
Keeping in view the future requirements, all heads of the departments, commissioners, DCOs have been directed to initiate every possible arrangement so that dengue larva could be controlled in time, he added.
