The capacity-building training programme organised by Communities for Change (CFC) project to impart necessary information on organisational structure and management skills concluded here on Saturday. More than 350 representatives of 202 civil society organisations across the FATA participated in the training programme that was conducted by highly qualified team of instructors.
The main objective of the endeavour was to equip participants with basic principles and concepts of organisational culture and structure, forms of leadership and skills mandatory for leadership, techniques for solving problems at community level, emerging concepts of globalisation, dynamics and skills of networking, development and professional report writing, methods and approaches of monitoring and evaluation. The participants were also informed the significance of analytical and critical thinking in project implementation process.
