The UK base organisation Help the Needy Charitable Trust will organise free eye camps in the four provinces and Azad Kashmir with the collaboration of Al Mustafa Welfare Society. Some 500 cataract surgeries would be operated during these camps. This was stated by Sami Uddin, Project Officer Asia during the visit of free eye camp held at Salamatpura, GT Road on Saturday.
Sami Uddin said that Help the Needy was also constructing a housing project at Kot Sabzal in Sanjarpur near Sadiqabad for the homeless people. He said a piece of land consist on 27 acre had been acquired where 200 houses, a medical clinic, a mosque and a market would be constructed.
