A petition was filed in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, seeking contempt of court proceedings against the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Athar Abbas for his alleged interference in a subjudice matter involving illegal custody of 11 missing prisoners after their acquittal from Adiyala jail Rawalpindi by the spy agency.
Asad prayed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for his alleged interference in the judicial proceedings of missing prisoners case.
