Hina's husband owes Rs 70 million to Wapda?

A bar member has approached the Lahore High Court against foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar, praying to the court to declare her disqualified from being member parliament as a factory of her husband has not paid electricity bill since last year.
The petitioner Gulzar Asad, has contended that the factory of Feroz Gulzar, the husband of Hina Khar, is owes an amount of Rs 70 million to Wapda. He contended that under constitutional provisions a defaulter cannot remain the member parliament and prayed to the court to direct the Election Commissioner to proceed against the respondent in accordance with law.
