Source of income: bar member moves Supreme Court against President

A bar member has approached the Supreme Court against President of Pakistan with a prayer to direct the National Accountability Bureau to find out the source of income of the respondent. The petitioner Feroz Shah alleged that President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari had deposited 60 million dollars in Swiss banks.
But he did not divulge his source of income. He also contended that NAB under decision of Supreme Court on NRO was duty bond to find out the source of income of President of Pakistan with a view to received income tax from him.
