The Lahore High Court issued notices on Wednesday to the Vice Chancellor of the Punjab University and others in a petition filed before the Lahore High Court for making recruitments against merit. The petitioner bar member Fiyaz Ahmed contended that appointment of respondent is under challenged. He said that respondent ignored the competent persons and made all appointments against the merits.
