The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) on Friday announced the result of HSC Part II Supplementary Examinations 2011 of Science (Pre-Medical Group). According to statistics, a total of 4,747 candidates appeared in the examinations and 2,006 were declared as successful with a pass percentage of 42.26.
Of these only six candidates were placed in 'A' grade and 131 in 'B' grade. In all, 874 candidates got 'C' grade and 948 'D' grade. The number of candidates with 'E' grade was 43 while four candidates were placed in the category of `Pass'. A BIEK statement said that the marks statements will be issued after two weeks from the respective institutions. No marks statements will be issued from the Board's office, it was further stated.
