KAMPALA: The yield on Uganda's benchmark 91-day Treasury bills climbed slightly at auction on Wednesday, where a total of 140 billion shillings ($39.2 million) worth of debt of various tenors was on offer.
The central bank said in a statement the rate on the 91-day bill edged up to 8.658 percent, from 8.556 percent fetched at the previous sale on Jan. 17.
