Month of March 2012 has crossed the halfway mark. Motorists are keeping their fingers crossed whether or not there would be another home-made drone attack on them in the form of yet another hike in the POL products' prices in about a fortnight time from now?
Every time, the petroleum products are increased, the Federal Government comes out with an announcement that increase in Petrol, Diesel, CNG prices had become imperative in view of this and that reason. Such an increase is effected literally every month without giving any consideration to the problems, which are resultantly created across the board for people from all walks of life. As a matter of fact, every hike in petrol, diesel and CNG prices, now and then, increases the need for adoption of fuel-saving measures in order to offset the adverse impact of such increases in POL prices.
