PIA has filed a Law Suit No 232/2012 against Transparency International Pakistan and 17 others for permanent injunction in High Court of Sindh at Karachi for restraining "continuing malicious and baseless campaign" regarding purchase of five aircraft from Boeing Company. The next hearing of the case has been fixed for March 29, 2012. Rasheed A Rizvi, Senior Advocate Supreme Court will appear on behalf of PIA.
