Indian troops ruthlessly beat up and injured a 15-year old student in Sopore town in occupied Kashmir. Indian troops arrested and beat up the ninth class student, Bilal Ahmad Ganie, without any reason at Rampora-Rajpore in the town, the relatives of victim told media men, Kashmir Media Service reported. Later, the injured student was admitted to Sopore hospital.
On the other hand, the death toll in the windstorm and avalanche in Kashmir valley has reached to seven and one Mohammad Akram Regoo who was injured in the windstorm on Tuesday succumbed to his injuries in Soura Institute of Medical Sciences in Srinagar. It may be mentioned here that three persons died and 20 others were injured in the windstorm that lashed Kashmir on Monday night. Meanwhile, at least one person died and nine others were injured in different road accidents across Kashmir valley.
