Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Tuesday staged walkout from the joint session of the Parliament over the deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi. Awami National Party (ANP) also staged walk out from the joint sitting of the parliament in protest against starting the session two-hour late.

He said, "We should debate on the internal policy of the country instead of foreign policy. The law and order situation of Karachi is very serious and the government should take notice of it." Earlier, when the session was started, Haji Muhmmad Adeel of ANP said that time of the session was 10:30 am while it is starting on 12: 30 pm. We are sitting here for two hours; it is wastage of time and money of the nation. After it, the members of ANP staged walkout from the joint sitting of the parliament.
