Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, has strongly condemned the killing of an activist of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Mansoor Mukhtar. In a statement on Tuesday, he expressed sorrow and grief on the murder of Mansoor Mukhtar. It said that the chief minister also took notice of the attempt on the part of the miscreants to mar peace in the metropolis and setting the vehicles on fire.
The statement said that Qaim Ali Shah has directed the Provincial Home Minister, Manzoor Wassan, Inspector General Police, and other law enforcement agencies to deal with the miscreants sternly, arrest such elements and ensure peace and fully protect the lives and property of the people.-PR
