KSE receives corporate membership application

The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) has received a corporate membership application from ACM Global (Private) Limited on the nomination of Hum Securities Limited, corporate member, KSE. The membership application has been proposed by Mohammad Irfan, Nominee Director, Jan Mohammad A Latif Nini and Sons (Private) Limited, corporate member, KSE and seconded by Muhammad Shahid, Nominee Director, Growth Securities (Private) Limited, corporate member, KSE.
The KSE in its notice sent to all members said that any objection against the incoming member and/or any claim against Hum Securities Limited, retiring corporate member, may be sent to the office of the Exchange along with documentary evidence in support thereof, within 90 days from the date of this notice.
