Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid leader Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has said that Ghulam Bibi Bharwana will be the party's candidate from NA-87 Jhang in the next general elections. Elahi said this while talking to MNA and former minister of state Bharwana, who called on him at his residence here on Wednesday.
Bharwana thanked Elahi and strongly contradicted the rumours being spread against her. She said that her party has honoured her twice previously and on the wishes of the party and people of her constituency, she has decided to contest election again. She said political orphans and so-called disgruntled politicians were hatching conspiracies against her.
