After the protest of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM), the Sindh Health department constituted a 14-member committee of forensic experts to analyse the specimen of post-mortem of deceased Chairman JSQM Bashir Khan Qureshi, Business Recorder was learnt on Wednesday.
Bashir Khan Qureshi died a few days back in Sakrand. Leaders of his party JSQM had alleged that Qureshi's death was not a normal but reason of his death was poisonous food. Professor Umer Memon, Incharge of Forensic Medicine Department of Dow International Medical College, will head this newly-made committee while 14 other members including medical experts will assist him in the said committee. The committee will meet on April 13 and 14 and it would complete its report on April 14, which would be submitted to Minister for Health Dr Sagheer Ahmed then would be submitted to Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
