'Trauma Centre to be completed at Thatta by June'

The Commissioner of Hyderabad division Ahmed Baksh Narejo has informed that a Trauma Centre which is under construction in Thatta would be completed at the cost of Rs 26 million by June 2012. The commissioner said this during a visit to the centre in Thatta on Tuesday, according to a press release issued by Sindh Information Department.
Narejo directed the contractors to ensure timely completion of the project but without compromising on the quality of the work. "Given the location of Thatta, the centre will also benefit the people of Badin and other proximate districts," he observed. He said the centre would be equipped with an ambulance service to transport patients from one district to another in emergency.
