The deportation of Osama bin Laden's family from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia was delayed on Wednesday as their passports were not ready. On Tuesday, the family completed its 45 days sentence for illegally entering and residing in Pakistan. The three widows and their children have been in Pakistani detention since May last year, when US commandos raided the house where they, bin Laden and several of their children were staying.
The 12-member family, including bin Laden's three widows were expected to receive their passports late Wednesday and may be able to leave for Saudi Arabia, their lawyer Muhammad Aamir said.
He said that OBL family would initially go to Saudi Arabia. Among the three widows of Osama Bin Land Amal Ahmed belongs to Yemen, while Khaira Hussain alias Ume Hamza and Slham Sharif alias Ume Khalid are from Saudi Arabia.
