The Sindh Minister for Technical Education and a senior leader of Pakistan People's Party (PPP), passed away at a local hospital on Sunday morning. This was stated by Special Assistant to Sindh Chief Minister and Information Secretary of PPP Sindh, Syed Waqar Medhi.
He said that late Salam Thaheem was ill for quite some time and was suffering from kidney ailment.
He said that the deceased was PPP MPA from District Sanghar. He will be laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard later today.
Waqar said that late Salam Thaheem had rendered a great deal of services for the cause of democracy and that the same would be remembered for a log time to come.
