Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 13.62 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,885.34 to 2,871.72 points. The overall turnover amounted to 578,800 shares as compared to previous turnover of 749,422 shares.
Total 135 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (73) closed in negative territory, 62 landed in plus column and 0 companies remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of DG Khan Cement was 491,000 shares. The volume of NIB Bank was 25,000 shares. The turnover of Byco Petroleum was 20,500 shares.
