Two identical petitions on Saturday filed before the Lahore High Court to challenge Yousaf Raza Gilani's stay in the Prime Minister's House. Two identical petitions have been filed by Pakistan Tehrik-e-Inqilab chairman Rana Ilamudin Ghazi and Advocate Shahid Naseem Gondal through their counsel A.K Dogar.
Meanwhile, a public interest litigation firm here on Saturday sent a legal notice to Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani for allegedly illegal continuing in office of prime minister. Chairman of the firm Muhammad and Ahmad, Muhammad Azhar Saddique, stated that after his conviction in the contempt case, Gilani was no longer Prime Minister of the country.
