Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti said on Saturday that collective efforts are imperative for elimination of extremism and terrorism to give a brighter future to next generation, saying that ANP-government is being faced situation with determination to bring peace and stability at all cost.
Addressing at a public gathering here Takht Bhai in district Mardan, he said that the successive governments had failed to control terrorism and violence, therefore, the present ANP-led coalition government took all possible steps for elimination of terrorism. Hoti said that government is committed to remove sense of deprivation under privileged areas of the province.
"Our utmost goal is to bring peace, stability and development to give a brighter future of coming generations", he recalled. He said peace is imperative for economic and political stability. Recounting the achievements of the KP government, he said that despite difficult and odd situation, the ANP-elected government had achieved all objective and implemented its manifesto for delivering the masses.
He dispelled the impression regarding government discriminatory attitude in distribution of funds, said that they had made discrimination with any area of the province and distributed funds on equal basis. On the occasion, the Chief Minister announced Rs 4.6 million development funds for PK-26 Takht Bhai, district Mardan and inaugurated different development schemes in the area.
