Unidentified armed men gunned down a man here at Dasht-e-Goran area of the district on Monday. According to Levies Force, the victim was on his way home when armed assailants riding a motorbike opened fire on him and fled from the scene. As a result, he received multiple bullet wounds and died on the spot whose identity could not be ascertained.
The body of the deceased was handed over to the heirs after completion of legal formalities. The reason behind the killing could not be ascertained so far. Levies Force is looking into the matter.
