Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 17.28 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2, 814.97 to 2,797.69 points. The overall turnover amounted to 145,800 shares as compared to previous turnover of 115,300 shares.
Total 136 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (61) closed in negative territory, 75 landed in plus column and zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Fauji Cement Company Ltd was 100,000 shares. The volume of Fatima Fertiliser was 25,000 shares. The turnover of DG Khan Cement was 11,900 shares.
