ISE Index lower by 27.53 points

Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday where equities showed negative signs led by hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 27.53 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,833.17 to 2,805.64 points. The overall turnover amounted to 23,142 shares as compared to previous turnover of 121,200 shares.
Total 119 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (68) closed in negative territory, 51 landed in plus column and 0 companies remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Summit Bank Ltd was 100,000 shares. The volume of Lafrage Pakistan Cement was 50,000 shares. The turnover of Fauji Cement Co was 25,000 shares.
