Mercury has risen to 50C in different parts of Sindh. Balochistan and South Punjab as the extreme heat wave is likely to prevail for next four to five days, the Metrological Department said on Monday. Met forecast that the temperature is likely to remain between 48C and 50C on Monday in upper Sindh, East Balochistan and South Punjab areas, which sizzled under intense heat wave. Dry and hot weather was recorded in the areas during the last 24 hours.
