ISLAMABAD: The government has budgeted non tax revenue target of Rs 730.331 billion during the fiscal year 2012-13 against Rs 657.968 billion in the budget 2011-12 and Rs 512.184 billion revised estimates. The income from property and enterprise is budgeted at Rs 178.773 billion, of which Rs 79 billion is expected from profits of Pakistan Telecom Authority, Rs 15.437 billion from interest ( provinces) , Rs 19.729 billion from interest (PSEs and others) and Rs 64.607 billion from dividends.
Receipts from civil administration and other functions are budgeted at Rs 354.175 billion in 2012-13, of which Rs 859 million are from general administration, Rs 200 billion from SBP profit, Rs 150 billion from defence services, Rs 1.115 billion from law and order, Rs 712 million from community services and Rs 882 million from social services.
Miscellaneous receipts have been budgeted at Rs 197.384 billion, of which Rs 2.528 billion are estimated from economic services, Rs 14.8 billion passport and citizenship fee, Rs 30.882 billion Gas Development Surcharge, Rs 22.5 billion from discount retained on local crude oil, Rs 22.027 billion from royalty on crude oil, Rs 36.163 billion from royalty on natural gas, Rs 5.3 billion as windfall levy against crude oil, Rs 30 billion from gas infrastructure development cess against revised estimates of Rs 8 billion , Rs 1 billion from petroleum levy on LPG and Rs 32.183 billion from others against revised revenue of Rs 37.719 billion.
