Pir Pagra Pir Sabghatullah Shah Rashdi decided to make some amendments in the constitution of his party Pakistan Muslim League Functional (PML-F). A nine-member committee constituted in this regard, Business Recorder learnt on Monday. Informed sources inside the PML-F told this scribe that Pir Sabghatullah Shah Rashdi wanted to see his PML-F party to stand on modern points of politics with positive amendments in its constitution and manifesto as well.
Pir Pagara had expressed this kind of expression during a meeting of PML-F held here at Kingri House a few days back. In which, all people present in the meeting, approved suggestions of major amendments in the constitution floated by Pir Pagara, they said.
Later, a nine-member committee was notified by the Kingri House which would headed by Senator Syed Muzafar Hussein Shah while Kashif Khan Nizamani, Sultan Mehmood Khan, Shaikh Anwar Saeed, Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh, Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood, Syed Sajid Zaidi, Chaudhry Iftkhar and Kanwar Qutubudin are among the members.
The committee would meet very soon at Kingri House to review the current constitution of party and would discuss the suggestions of amendments as well, they said. Said committee would make a report in this regard which would be presented to Pir Pagara later. And the final decision would be taken in a meeting would be held in the chair of Pir Pagara, they said. After completion of this task, sources further said that the same committee would also work on amendments in manifesto of PML-F in the light of suggestions floated by Pir Pagara and other party leaders.
