Sindh reported on Monday 74 deaths due to coronavirus which is the highest single-day death reported in the province.

In his daily coronavirus update, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that total number of deaths in the province have jumped to 1343. He said 660 patients are in critical condition, while 92 are on ventilator.

Speaking about the cases, the CM said in the past 24 hours, the province conducted 8464 tests out of which 1539 came positive. He said so far 443757 people have been tested for coronavirus.

"Sindh's coronavirus tally has reached 81955," he said. Shah further said 1093 also recovered from the virus in the past 25 hours and have been allowed to go to their homes. In Sindh 45616 patients have recovered from the novel virus.
