Sindh reported on Wednesday 1736 new coronavirus cases and 22 deaths taking the provincial tally to 99362 and 1637 respectively.
In his daily coronavirus update in the province, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said in the past 24 hours, 9318 people were tested for coronavirus out of which 1736 tested positive.
"Sindh has tested 533540 people out of which 99362 tested COVID-19 positive," the CM said.
While talking about the deaths, the chief minister said Sindh's death toll has reached 1637 after 22 more people died from the virus. He said 655 patients are in critical condition while 75 are on ventilator.
Today, 1697 patients have recovered and have gone to their homes, the CM said. "Sindh has seen 56373 patients recovered from the novel virus," he added.
