On the orders of the Peshawar High Court (PHC), the Department of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced preventive measures for removing encroachments on graveyards in the district Malakand. According to a notification issued here by the department here on Saturday, any person involved in making encroachments on such lands will face both civil and criminal proceedings and the already made encroachments will also be removed on the expenses of such person.
